  1. Thank you so much for this episode. Although I no longer work in the field, my background was in psychology, and this was such a wonderful description of the struggles of depression and related conditions. Extra props for the inclusion of some resources at the end. I was truly moved by this one. (The other two stories were good too, but it was Matt’s that prompted me to actual action!)
